Red Maze Agency provides web development and digital marketing services to our clients. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. We believe in providing high-quality services to our clients and strive to deliver the best results possible.
Payment for our services is due upon completion of the project. We accept payment by credit card, PayPal, or other methods as agreed upon in writing with the client.
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a project. If you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but please note that we may have already incurred expenses related to the project.
In the event of a cancellation, we will provide you with an invoice for any expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation. If payment for the project has already been made, we will issue a refund for any amounts paid in excess of the expenses incurred.
Please note that the cancellation of a project may impact the timeline for completing other projects, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate future requests for similar services.
If you would like to make changes to a project after work has begun, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that changes may result in additional costs and a delay in the completion of the project.
We are committed to delivering high-quality work to our clients and stand behind the services we provide. We warranty our work for a period of 30 days from completion. This warranty covers any issues that may arise due to errors or defects in the work performed by us.
If you encounter any issues during the warranty period, please notify us and we will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This may include fixing errors, correcting defects, or providing additional support and assistance. Our warranty does not cover issues that result from changes to the work performed by the client or a third party, or from events outside of our control.
